Oro Valley Public Library
Meeting Rooms

The Oro Valley Public Library has two meeting rooms available to nonprofit community sponsored programs.  All functions must be free and open to the public. 

Both meeting rooms are provided free of charge.  The Library can provide a TV and VCR to programmers.  Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

The large meeting room has:
 

  • A maximum 100 person capacity,
  • Tables and chairs,
  • A gray board, telecommunication lines, pull down screen, and limited AV equipment,
  • Access to a small kitchenette and patio,
  • A key can be issued for this room if the library is closed,
  • Food and drink may be served in this room,
  • Groups using the large meeting room are responsible for setting up and taking down the tables and chairs.  

The small group study room has:
 

  • A six person capacity,
  • May only be used while library is open,
  • Furniture is already set-up,
  • Food and/or drinks are prohibited in this room.  

Groups may schedule a room through the library’s Meeting Room Coordinator by phoning 229-5300, or by e-mailing meetingroomcoordinator@orovalleyaz.gov
